Prince Music legend died of opioid overdose





The new reports adds clarity to stories concerning his death, as it was earlier alleged that the singer died from the HIV disease.

Reports concerning the death of late American musician, Prince, has revealed that the singer died from an overdose of opiod.

The death of the 57 year-old legend shocked the entire music-phere, with countless tributes paid to him by fans and fellow musicians.


Prince was found unresponsive at an elevator in his Paisley Park home. Paramedics who came to his house tried in vain to resuscitate the singer.
He was pronounced dead after failed attempts to revive him.
The new information concerning his death has opened up the singer's alleged drug addiction issues.

According to an attorney to the singer's half-siblings, Prince had an addiction to Percocet many years before his death.
CNN reported that law enforcement have classified the probe into Prince's death as a criminal investigation.
