Chelsea are reportedly open to selling the 26-year-old for just €15 million (£11.8m), but Paris Saint-Germain and Athletic are also interested in acquiring the right-back

 Manchester United are interested in a move for Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta, according to AS.

The report claims that Athletic Bilbao and Paris Saint-Germain are also in the running, while Chelsea would be willing to accept offers of just €15 million (£11.8m).

Azpilicueta was a key part of Chelsea’s Premier League title victory under Jose Mourinho’s reign two years ago and the Portuguese would be interested in bringing his former player to Old Trafford.

But Athletic believe that they could lure the 26-year-old back to Spain as he would be reunited with friends Mikel San Jose and Raul Garcia.

Meanwhile, PSG are searching for defensive reinforcements at right-back due to Gregory van der Wiel’s exit and Serge Aurier’s likely departure.
