NBA LeBron, Cavs force game seven against Warriors

LeBron James led the Cleveland Cavaliers to victory over the Golden State Warriors as they forced a game seven in the NBA Finals.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have forced a deciding game in theNBA Finals after a 115-101 win over the Golden State Warriors.
Trailing 3-1 in the series, the Cavs have pulled back to 3-3 after their victory at the Quicken Loans Arena on Thursday.
Once again it was LeBron James (41 points and 11 assists) and Kyrie Irving (23 points) who inspired the Cavs, who made a fast start to set up their win in Cleveland.
The 1966 Los Angeles Lakers, who eventually lost to theBoston Celtics, were the last team to force a deciding game after trailing 3-1 in the NBA Finals.

Tristan Thompson had a double-double of 15 points and 16 rebounds as Cleveland forced a game seven at Oracle Arena on Sunday.
Stephen Curry (30 points) and Klay Thompson (25) tried hard for the Warriors as they looked to seal back-to-back championships.
Curry was ejected in the fourth quarter, reacting angrily after picking up his sixth personal foul and throwing his mouthguard into the crowd.
Without the injured Andrew Bogut and with Draymond Greenback, the Warriors started slowly on the road.

They were five-of-22 from the field, including being one-of-nine from three-point range, in the first quarter to be 20 points behind.
The Cavs led by 19 with just over three minutes remaining in the third quarter, only for the Warriors to go on a 10-0 run thanks largely to Klay Thompson.
Leandro Barbosa pulled it back to within seven in the fourth, but James ensured there would be no comeback before Curry was ejected.
