Colombia captain James Rodriguez will be given until the last minute to prove his fitness for Tuesday's meeting with Paraguay but coach Jose Pekerman plans to be cautious.
James suffered a shoulder injury during his side's 2-0 win over the United States in the Copa America Centenario opener on Friday.

A late winner from Blas Perez saw Panama edge Bolivia 2-1 in an entertaining Copa America Centenario clash on Monday.
Perez, whose opener at a wet Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, had been cancelled out by Juan Carlos Arce, scored the winner in the 87th minute for the Copa debutants.

Late goals from Rafael Marquez and Hector Herrera saw Mexico seal a 3-1 win over Uruguay in their Copa America Centenario opener on Sunday.
Mexico captain Marquez smashed home a loose ball in the area after both sides had been reduced to 10 men at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona, before Herrera capped off the result in stoppage time.

Josef Martinez proved the difference as Venezuela's Copa America Centenario got off to the best possible start with a 1-0 win over 10-man Jamaica at Soldier Field in Chicago.

Haiti 0 Vs Peru 1
Record-breaker Paolo Guerrero inspired Peru to a 1-0 win over Haiti in their Copa America Centenario opener on Saturday.
Brazil 0 Vs Ecuador 0
Neither Brazil nor Ecuador could break the deadlock as the Copa America Centenario Group B fixture ended goalless in Pasadena.
Saturday, June 4 (Group A)
USA 0 Vs Colombia 2
Colombia came and spoiled the party, easing to a 2-0 win over the United States in the Copa America Centenario curtain-raiser in Santa Clara on Friday.
With the Copa America being staged outside of South America for the first time, there was plenty of hype surrounding USA but the host nation were left silenced as captain James Rodriguez and Cristian Zapata inspired Colombia in the Group A opener at Levi's Stadium.
Costa Rica 0 Vs Paraguay 0
Paraguay and Costa Rica played out a dull 0-0 draw in the Copa America Centenario on Saturday.
The Group A clash never reached any great heights at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida as the teams shared the spoils in warm conditions.
