Lucas will be the second child of the Porto goalkeeper and Sara who is a popular sports presenter in Spain. They have another son, Martin born in 2014.

The couple who have been dating since 2009, recently tied the knot in a secret wedding.

Hola! Magazine reported that the couple secretly wedded on Sunday, March 20 in a secret ceremony.

Casillas, 34, famously kissed his girlfriend while she was interviewing him after Spain won the 2010 World Cup.
